Because of the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized orders or items on sale. You must get prior return authorization from us within 10 business days of original delivery for returns or exchanges. Returns need to be completed within 30 days of original delivery. No COD returns will be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. There are no refunds on the original shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We carefully pack and insure all packages, so if there is any in-transit damage, you (the buyer) will be responsible for making a claim with the shipper. We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
